Hi, I have checked the primary account and the allowed referrers, which are www.cloudtrip.com and cloudtrip.com - however, the thumnails do not display. Is there something I'm missing?

Yes, you are still using the old request code.

Refer to https://shrinktheweb.com/blogs/attn-code-change-required.html for details.

You may however want to switch to the Javascript request method as we will be enforcing that soon for free users.

Thanks for the info. I ran the find and replace as suggested in your blog post, but the thumbnails still do not display. Any other suggestions?

Did you commit your changes?

I still see www.shrinktheweb.com in your requests. That will not work. This change has been announced for more than a year but many never updated their code. Here is the most recent announcement for the planned outage and code change requirement

I guess I hadn't committed my changes. It's working now. Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. This was not your fault. For some reason, the referrers shown in your list were not really saved. I saved it again and now it is working on your site.

For others: If you are having issues, please try saving the security page, even if it looks OK. It is possible that some users' referrers were not really saved by one of my earlier attempts to automatically update everyone. Thank you.

It turns out that this was caused by a "bug" in the logic to remove referrers from an account. In some cases, the referrers were updated to "blank" instead of removed so that did not update what was shown on the screen. That has been fixed and should no longer be an issue.

However, there were about 105 users who were affected by this, so be sure to re-save your "Security" page, if you are having weird issues where your site/IP is not allowed but you do have it listed correctly.
