Attention all ShrinkTheWeb developers and third-party integrators.

Due to popular demand, we have changed the Preview Verification Page to be an optional feature~~, for those who need to bypass bandwidth limits and want an alternative. Inside pages are also supported, at no charge, for all PVP requests.~~

UPDATE: Unlimited bandwidth and Inside Page bonuses were removed from the PVP.

No code changes are required regarding this notice. However, if you would like to add support for a "Free" (non-PVP) feature, it works exactly the same as Basic/PLUS. So this will simplify your code quite a bit or give your users another option to choose from.

Heya PV,

Good to hear that, it saves me money!

How will that be sorted invoice wise? I'm paying for "Inside Pages" now. Should I cancel that feature @ billing or are you going to sort all that?

Hello,

It depends on how you intend to use the service.

If you are going to use the PVP method, then you would be able to cancel all of your subscriptions and use that free service.

Otherwise, you would still need the "Inside Pages' PRO feature (if you need full URL support). As long as you do not exceed 1Gb of bandwidth, you could downgrade to Free. If you exceed the 1Gb bandwidth included with Free, then you would still be better off upgrading to Basic, which gives you a bump up to 5Gb.

Makes sense?

Heya,

Sure, it does make sense but I didn't give you all the info. I also have another service (size). So what happens when I cancel the "Inside Pages" Pro feature, but keep the Custom-size Pro feature. Will I be able to use the "Inside Pages" feature in the same way (without the PVP)?

The bandwidth ain't a problem. I only have 100+ images that need to be StWed.

"Inside Pages" is only free when used with PVP method.

In order to limit confusion and streamline the PHP Sample Code, we have removed PVP support in v2.0.4, which was just released.
