Ah, I see.
This makes sense now. If you put &inside=1 on a page that is not truly an inside page, the system looks in the wrong place.
I would have to discuss this with phpLD to see if there's a way to "mark" a domain in their system, but putting inside=1 on ALL listings is a bad idea.
This is because even if I coded my system to account for this, you would have to wait for every domain to capture --even if it already exists on the server as domain.tld.com.jpg. This is due to the required naming convention of website thumbnails.
So, the only viable solution is to only request &inside=1 on pages that really are inside pages. Otherwise, you'll never get the correct image on regular URLs. However, as I mentioned, there is no easy way inside of phpLD that I can think of to mark which domains would get the inside tag versus not.
I will talk to David of phpLD and see what he has to suggest.
